Currently in a committed partnership of seven+ years
Parents: two biological, many who adopted me
parents both public school teachers – mother teaches computer and business skills, she would have rather studied drafting, but wasn’t allowed to in school (this was the early 70s folks, father taught shop, woodworking, electrician, plumbing, etc. and worked with special education populations, now he teaches in an indigenous village in alaska
Siblings: two brothers and a sister, all younger

Sister is 10 years younger: she’s a security system monitor who’s mostly finished a Funeral Directors Degree (she just wanted to embalm people, but TX won’t letcha)
Youngest brother is 14yrs younger, does whatever work he wants that isn’t boring whether it is landscaping, apprenticing electrician, general handyperson, while he searches for something to care about.
Education Background: went to ten Public education k-12 institutions in LA, AZ, CA, TX, went to first women’s college in the US – Mount Holyoke College; Studies in: anatomy, biology, computer science, aromatherapy, herbalism, spirituality, comparative religion, nonviolent communication, peer counseling, energy & body therapy techniques
Paying Jobs held: Food Service from dishwasher to waiter; business administration from receptionist to bookkeeper with some human resources, substitute teacher, security dispatcher & guard, tech support, technical writing

Facilitator for consensus based meetings of various Green Parties(GP) – state of Texas(TX) Conventions 2002-2007, National Campus Greens Convention in Austin, local Bexar County Green Party(BCGP) meetings and precinct & county conventions 2000-2007, co-designed and -facilitated GPTX Statewide Green Leadership Retreat in 2005. I have also facilitated for several other organizations, groups, and coalitions, including Clean Money San Antonio and SA Democracy Now.
Party related: ‘active green’ since late 1999 (birth year of GPTX), top petition gatherer in Bexar County, Texas 2000 & 2006, ‘den mother’ for TX Campus Greens in Chicago

Political successes: Co-coordinated campaign to help elect five of seven candidates to city council who were willing to change campaign finance codes in SA. Tied for top petition gatherer in my county in 2000 for Green party ballot access in Texas; first green party member to run for city council in San Antonio 2007 and received 30% of the vote against a well-known, well-connected, and well-funded wife of our city’s ex-mayor & ex-HUD director under President Clinton. (This city has the population of many states and larger than others.)
